All of our skis and tools are designed and built in our new factory in Vancouver BC, Canada. Unlike many ski brands out there, these skis are not made in China!

At this stage Crown Skis are only available online through our website, although we are in discussions with a few like minded retailers to carry our products.

When you complete your order through crownskis.com a Crown Skis representative will email you to coordinate shipping logistics in a way that works best for you.

Of course you are welcome to come and pick up your skis directly from our factory if you are in the Vancouver area.

This depends on how far they need to be shipped. We will work with you to find the right combination of speed and cost to get your skis to you on time.

We normally ship COD (Cash On Delivery) but we can invoice you for pre-paid shipping if you prefer. Just get in touch and we'll make it work for you.

Custom graphics are an amazing option for people looking for truly unique skis. We have made skis with city-scape photos, personalized monograms, snow goddesses, and more!

To get started, here are the graphics requirements and an outline of how the process works.

When you order your Crown skis online with the custom graphics topsheet selection we will work with you once you are ready to finalize your designs.

Enter your discount code in the text box on the “Build your custom pair!” page when ordering a pair of Kensho or Satori and the discount corresponding to your coupon will be automatically applied to the price.

We don’t offer official factory tours, but we would be happy to show you around our factory if you’d like to swing by. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Yes you can rent a pair of Crown Skis directly from us. We will also deduct the $30/day rental fee from the purchase price if you choose to buy a new pair of Crown Skis.

All new Crown Skis come with a one-year warranty from date of shipment against manufacturer defects. For more detailed information on our warranty policy please visit the warranty section of the website.
